Cancellations and Refunds
- All users use the Vedubox Tutor system as a trial. This way, users get to know what the system is, which components the service offered consists of, and how the system works.
- Users who have decided to purchase the Vedubox Tutor service are deemed to have used the trial, understood the service offered and the components that make it up, and liked this product (system).
- A purchase made from Vedubox Tutor is an action carried out entirely with the user's awareness.
- In addition, if Vedubox Tutor sees that a rule/rules stated in any of the articles of the User Agreement have been violated, it may suspend the service purchased by the user.
- Vedubox Tutor has the right not to provide the suspended service. Therefore, there is no cancellation or refund of purchased or suspended packages.
Warranty Terms
- Vedubox Tutor cannot under any circumstances be held liable for situations arising directly or indirectly from being a user of Vedubox Tutor, such as consequential or incidental loss of income and benefits, forced interruption of work, or loss of programs or other data.
- Vedubox Tutor is offered to the user as is and does not guarantee that the situations mentioned above will not occur or that the content is complete, accurate, and useful.
- Also, Vedubox Tutor is authorized to change, remove, or add all or part of its content without being bound by anything.
