Distance Sales Terms

This agreement has been prepared pursuant to the requirement to make a contract for sales conducted over the internet under the Regulation on Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of Distance Contracts, published in the Official Gazette dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137, and is set out in articles as follows.

ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is to cover the rights and obligations of the parties, pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the service sold by the SELLER to the BUYER, whose characteristics and sale price are specified below.

ARTICLE 2.1 – SELLER INFORMATION

ARTICLE 2.2 – BUYER INFORMATION

The person who makes a payment as a customer on the tutor.vedubox.com site; the address and contact information used when making the payment are taken as the basis.

ARTICLE 3 – INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The type of service, sale price, and payment method consist of the information at the moment the purchase process is completed.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

• 4.1 – The BUYER declares that they have read and been informed of all preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sale price, payment method, and delivery of the service subject to the agreement specified in Article 3, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
• 4.2 – Depending on the type of service the BUYER receives, the service subject to the agreement is sent to the email address the BUYER registered during payment within the stated period, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.
• 4.3 – ETGİ GRUP cannot be held responsible if the service subject to the agreement cannot be delivered due to problems arising from the email address the BUYER registered during payment.
• 4.4 – For delivery of the service subject to the agreement, it is a condition that confirmation of acceptance of this agreement be given on the tutor.vedubox.com website and that its price be paid by the payment method preferred by the BUYER. If the service fee is not paid for any reason or is canceled in bank records, ETGİ GRUP is deemed to be relieved of its obligation to deliver the product.
• 4.5 – If ETGİ GRUP cannot deliver the service subject to the agreement within the period due to force majeure, it is obliged to notify the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER may exercise the right to cancel the order. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid is refunded to them in cash and in a lump sum within 10 days.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within three days from the delivery of the service subject to the agreement to themselves or to the person/organization at the address they specify. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is required to notify ETGİ GRUP by email within this period. The product price is refunded to the BUYER within seven days following receipt of these documents.

If payment is made by credit card or a similar payment card, the BUYER may request cancellation of the payment transaction on the grounds that the card was used without their consent and unlawfully. In this case, the institution that issued the card refunds the payment amount to the BUYER within 10 days of being notified of the objection.

In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Consumer Courts at the place of residence of ETGİ GRUP, are competent. If the order is completed, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
