User & Membership Agreement

1. Parties

a) ETGI GRUP BILISIM TEK.YA.DO.BI.MI.MÜ.IN.TA.IT.IH.T.LTD.STI., residing in Ankara, which carries out the activities of the tutor.vedubox.com website (hereinafter referred to as VeduBox)
b) The internet user who is a member of the tutor.vedubox.com website ("Member")

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms under which the member may benefit from the website tutor.vedubox.com owned by Vedubox Tutor.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• 3.1 - The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information given while becoming a member of the tutor.vedubox.com website is accurate before the law, and that they will compensate exactly and immediately all damages Vedubox Tutor may suffer due to this information being untrue.
• 3.2 - The Member cannot give the password given to them by Vedubox Tutor to other persons or organizations; the right to use the said password belongs only to the member personally.
• 3.3 - The Member agrees and undertakes from the outset to comply with legal regulations and not to violate them while using the tutor.vedubox.com website.
• 3.4 - The Member cannot use the tutor.vedubox.com website in any way that disturbs public order, is contrary to public morals, disturbs or harasses others, or for any purpose contrary to the law.
• 3.5 - The ideas and opinions declared, written, or used by members on the tutor.vedubox.com website are entirely the members' own personal views and bind the person who holds them.
• 3.6 - Vedubox Tutor will not be responsible for member data being read by unauthorized persons or for any damage that may occur to member software and data.
• 3.7 - The Member has agreed not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission.
• 3.8 - A member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement is personally criminally and legally responsible for this violation.
• 3.9 - Vedubox Tutor has the right, whenever necessary and unilaterally, to delete a member's membership and to delete the customer's files, documents, and information.
• 3.10 - The software and design of the tutor.vedubox.com website are owned by Vedubox Tutor, and the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by the relevant laws.
• 3.11 - Measures have been taken within available means to keep the tutor.vedubox.com website free of viruses and similar malicious software.
• 3.12 - Vedubox Tutor reserves the right to change the content of the site at any time and to change or terminate any service provided to users.
• 3.13 - Vedubox Tutor may at any time change, update, or cancel the terms of the membership agreement in any manner whatsoever without the need for prior notice and/or warning.
• 3.14 - The parties accept and declare that all computer records belonging to Vedubox Tutor will be taken as the sole and true exclusive evidence in accordance with the provisions of the HMK (Code of Civil Procedure).

4. Privacy

• 4.1 - Information such as the name of the internet service provider, IP address, and date and time of access may be collected by Vedubox Tutor for the purpose of improving the site.
• 4.2 - Vedubox Tutor may disclose the member's personal information when requested as a legal obligation.
• 4.3 - Credit card information is absolutely not stored, and at the payment stage the member is redirected directly to the contracted bank's Secure Common Payment System.
• 4.4 - Vedubox Tutor is authorized to send informational and campaign emails to members' registered email addresses and informational SMS messages to their mobile phones.

5. Termination of the Agreement

This agreement will remain in force until the member cancels their membership or their membership is canceled by Vedubox Tutor. If the member violates any provision of the membership agreement, Vedubox Tutor may cancel the member's membership and terminate the agreement unilaterally.

6. Resolution of Disputes

In disputes relating to this agreement, the Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are competent.

7. Entry into Force

The member's registering for membership means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepted them. This Agreement was concluded at the moment the member became a member and entered into force mutually.
